Caramel Pork Chops!

Ingredients:












1c Caramel
1tbsp and 1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2c Apple Cider Vinegar
1tsp Ground Ginger
4c Rotini Pasta
2-3lbs Pork Chops

Start your pot of water boiling and add 1tbsp minced garlic, add pasta when water is ready. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.


Scoop your 1c of caramel into a bowl and mix with apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, and minced garlic. Stir into a sauce.
Pour a small amount of your caramel sauce into your baking pan and glaze the bottom. Lay your porkchops out in the pan and pour the remainder of your sauce over them.

Put pork chops in oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. There should be no pink in the middle when done.

In the mean time! Drain your pasta and put in a large bowl. After spooning your pork chops onto a plate pour the remaining sauce into the pasta and stir.
